2: Homesite
Posted by Trimble on August 31,2004 As one would expect, the deity would come to be known by some name and so I ran through a bunch of single syllable constructs in an attempt to get a name which can convey power and not be problematic. I finally came to Fy as a name and then put the scene in panel 1 to show just how Fy is a self-evident phenomena in the MetaVerse. I'll develop Fy further through Kim's analysis of texts on Fy that she and her husband desperately need to understand. They were shocked at this fact when they arrived but had to get over it to survive in a new land. Let me explain some of this page. The West Coast was developed for efficiency and keeping land pristine and/or fertile. Many areas are developed along the lines of dedicated business centers and outlying housing areas to keep down sprawl and minimize resource needs. They are connected by high-speed roads traveled by automated vehicles which drastically cut commute and other related problems. Kim has just picked up an eBook loaded with a history of Fy's major interventions inluding a nuke containment pictured on the cover. Kim returns to her 'home' in the shaded clover seen on page 1. This home was provided to the couple because of their combined professions but the exact mechanism lies in the three months I have yet to develop. Hopefully you can empathize with Kim as she turns in her seat to see and then process seeing a manifestation of Fy far closer than she ever has before. But now we join her at 'home'. |
